DEBORAH HEMMING

Deborah Hemming is an author and librarian based in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Her debut novel, Throw Down Your Shadows, was shortlisted for the 2021 ReLit Novel Award. Her second novel, Goddess, was published in 2023 by House of Anansi Press.

Deborah is currently working on her third novel. When she's not writing, she can usually be found in her garden, in her kitchen, reading a book, hiking in the woods, or swimming in the icy waters of the Minas Basin.
